 Forgive me for being brief in this post, but I'm in the middle of edits for my novel scheduled to be released in January and my time is running out. Today, I thought I would share a recipe that will be served at many holiday dinners this month, Sweet Potato Casserole. It's quick and easy to make and one that everyone loves.

Today, I thought I would share a recipe that will be served at many holiday dinners this month, Sweet Potato Casserole. It's quick and easy to make and one that everyone loves.Sweet Potato Casserole
3 C. mashed sweet potatoes
1 C. sugar
1 stick of butter or margarine
2 eggs, beaten
1 t. vanilla
Topping:
1 C. brown sugar
3/4 C. pecans
1/3 C. flour
1/3 C. butter or margarine
Mix all ingredients well. Pour into a casserole dish and spoon topping over the mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 350° f.
